L9 Seasons
Twelve weeks with a start line, a finish and a crowd starting together. Four times a year.
Training on your own drifts. A season gives it a shape. Every L9 season runs for 12 weeks, with a program that moves through conditioning, technical work and a build phase before test week, when you find out what changed. Members who train the season through finish far more often than members who drop in, which is why we sell seasons, not memberships.
How a season works
- Condition. The first weeks rebuild base fitness, mobility and endurance so the harder work lands safely.
- Technical. Skills rotate through the season: handstands, pull-ups and muscle-ups, levers, planche basics. Skills class drills the current focus.
- Build. Strength and range go up. Sprints run here: four-week, all-studio pushes at one skill with check-ins and a leaderboard.
- Test. The last week measures the season: benchmarks, the Titan Challenge, and the end-of-season social.
Points and rewards
Every class, sprint check-in and challenge earns season points. Points unlock rewards through the season and place you on the leaderboard for your studio and across L9.
Sprints, challenges and workshops
Sprints are four-week, all-studio pushes at one skill (pull-ups, handstands, dips, flags and levers). Challenges are one-day events like the Titan Challenge, run at every studio with Bronze, Silver and Gold levels so beginners can enter. Workshops are focused sessions on a single skill. All of them are listed on the events page.
L9 Squad
Squad is the season-long team training group. Intake happens in the first weeks of each season and is limited, so if you want in, ask at your studio before the season starts. About L9 Squad.
