About this event
The HEAD OVER HEELS Sprint is where we chase the Handstand. Over four weeks we accumulate time upside down until balance stops being a battle.
Everyone trains at their own level. Beginners build 15 minutes of Pike Float. Intermediates accumulate 15 minutes of Straddle holds. Advanced athletes work toward 15 minutes of Press to Handstand.
This sprint follows two weeks of dedicated skill work in Skills Class, then carries that training on from Week 3 through to the end of Week 6. The time adds up faster than you think — the coaches are right there to spot you and clean up your shape.
Train three to four times a week, lock in, and let us make this happen.
