# TITAN CHRONOS CHALLENGE IS BACK
## WHAT IS TITAN CHRONOS CHALLENGE?
We're bringing you a bodyweight calisthenics circuit but this time we're doing it in TEAMS! Grab 2-3 people and pick one level together as a team!!
Bronze (beginner), Silver (intermediate) or Gold (advanced). Your team doesn't need to be all one ability to go for a harder level so mix it up with whoever you want.
During the circuit you'll go one at a time, taking turns and splitting the workload between you rather than working simultaneously.
The 30 minute time cap is a guideline, not a hard cutoff!!!! this isn't about racing the clock or pushing through when your body says stop. Go at your own pace, use the scaling options, finish safely and most of all have lots of fun :)
New to this? Bronze is built for you. Every movement has a scaled option (assisted pull ups, knee push ups, hops instead of jumps) so you can join in and get through it, no matter where you're starting from.
Level breakdowns are up on a poster at your site!! just check the wall when you get in.
