Always wanted to try L9, or know someone who should? Come along to our free Open Day and see what training with us is all about.
We're running four 45-minute classes throughout the morning, alternating between Fitness and Skills:
8:00am Fitness
9:00am Skills
10:00am Fitness
11:00am Skills
After each class, stick around for 15 minutes to grab a bite, have a drink and chat with our coaches. Come to one class or stay for all four.
Who is it for: anyone curious about L9, and members who want to show a friend what they've been up to. Bring a friend :)
Good to know: it's FREE, but spots are limited to 30 per class, so book early. This one is adults only, so no kids, sorry!
